NEW! Global Database Check (GDC) Notes Feature

GDC Notes feature launch date: Monday, January 23, 2017.

We have some exciting changes coming that will that will allow users to quickly adjudicate persons/entities within the 3P monitor tool. Users
can now label and categorize GDC notes on entities and individuals on true matches and false positives. This feature, available on Monday, January 23rd, 2017, improves data enrichment of an individual 's or entity's GDC adjudication history.

How does it work?

With this new feature, users may quickly select an adjudication reason from the drop-down menu.  The pre-selected reasons are based on:

          Person or Entity
          True Match or False Positive

When adjudicating GDCs, users select the radio button that best describes the adjudication reasons on persons or entities. Upon selection, a new drop-down menu will display a fixed-list of options so that users may document the reasoning behind the adjudication of the case. Based on the case parameters, the new drop-down fields will display and the user may select their reasoning for approving or denying a third party's approval. Additionally, users can supplement the note by providing context in the text field that explains the adjudication reasoning.

Beyond the new drop-down feature in the GDC Notes section, users will not experience any other changes to their instance or case management workflows. To help you prepare your global compliance departments for these changes, we have answered some frequently asked questions below.
